Not only does dfin provide rental asset finance to it’s end-users, but it also provides project finance solutions to security installers. This will include up-front payments to distributors and manufacturers and also working capital.

OUR PROCESS

How It Works

1. Application

Client completes the Dfin credit application and submits with latest financial statements and three month bank statements.

2. Credit Analysis

Our credit team reviews the application and calls for additional information or clarity on some issues.

3. Approval

Client gets approved. Approval sent to client to sign. Contracts are sent to client to sign.

4. Bridging Payments

If the security installer requires payments to suppliers, distributors etc they may apply to have these paid by Dfin.

5. Installation

Security installer commences work and installs the equipment

6. Payout

The client confirms that the equipment has been installed and is in proper working condition. Payment is released to the security installer.
